ROBERTO ITHIER RODRIGUEZ

In Loving Memory of Roberto Ithier Rodriguez "Junior", born October 22, 1959, in Mayaguez, Puerto Rico, to Gloria Rodriguez and Roberto Ithier (deceased). He grew up in “El Mani” and loved going to the beach to fish and catch crabs. He was able, at a very young age, to provide for his mother and siblings. As a child and adult,  he was known as a trickster and enjoyed playing jokes on people. His personality was contagious and he could make anyone smile just by showing them his love and kindness.

Roberto was a devoted Christian and loved preaching the Gospel on any platform he could. He was able to travel to different countries, to teach the word of God to those who didn’t have the opportunity to learn about Jesus. He would post on his social media, talk to coworkers, guide his sons and continue to worship with his wife Blanca Rosa.

He leaves behind his wife, two children, two grandchildren, his mother, brother, two sisters, and many other family members, brothers and sisters in Christ. We are saddened by this loss but also at peace knowing he rests in heaven. 

En Memoria de Roberto Ithier Rodriguez “Junior”, el nació en Octubre 22, 1959, en Mayagüez, Puerto Rico, a Gloria Rodriguez y Roberto Ithier (fallecido). Él creció en el barrio “El Maní” y le encantaba mucho ir a la playa para pescar y coger cangrejos. Desde una edad muy joven tuvo que proveer para su mamá, hermanos y hermanas. Como niño y también adulto, lo conocían como un bromista que le encantaba hacer reír a la gente. Su personalidad era muy contagiosa y podía hacer a cualquier persona sonreir cuando les enseñaba su amor y amabilidad. 
 

Roberto fue un hombre devoto en ser Cristiano y le encantaba predicar el evangelio en donde pudiera. Tuvo la oportunidad de ir a diferentes países para enseñar la palabra de Dios a aquellos que no tenían forma de conocer a Jesus. Escribía en sus medios de redes sociales, hablaba con compañeros, fue guía a sus hijos y continuaba en adoración con su esposa Blanca Rosa.

Deja a su esposa, dos hijos, dos nietos, su madre, hermano, dos hermanas, y muchos familiares, hermanos y hermanas en Cristo. Estamos tristes por esta pérdida pero tenemos paz sabiendo que él descansa en los cielos.
