PAULETTE JOHNSON

Paulette Johnson was born to the late Ira Mae Thomas and Douglas Butler on August 17, 1944, she departed this earthly life on June 10, 2022, she was 77 years old.

Paulette received Christ at an early age and was a member of New Creation Fellowship Church. Paulette was a fun-loving mother not only to her children but to many a soul that passed her way in need of insightful advice, a warm hug or a friendly smile. She was very family oriented and always kept in touch with her late grandmother Bertha Edwards, her late mother Ira Mae Thomas and a wealth of late aunts and cousin who loving called her by her nick name Polly. Paulette worked hard and became an accountant at Generations Credit Union to support her family.

Paulette was blessed with a large and loving family. She is survived by her children Clyde and Gail Johnson, David Johnson Jr., Eric Johnson sr. and Pamela and Sylvester Harris.  Her grandchildren, Clyde Jr and Samantha Johnson, Patrick and Angelica Johnson, Eric Johnson Jr, Erica Johnson, Marcus Scott Jr. and the late Brittane’ Scott. Her great grandchildren Ava Johnson, Maliya Johnson, and Maya Johnson and a wealth of cousins and friends.
