Alvory Williams Jr., 67, of Longview, TX, passed away on Nov. 13, 2021 in San Antonio, TX.
Alvory was born Longview, TX to Alvory Williams Sr. & Annie Bessie Davis-Williams on June 1, 1954. He received his formal Education from Fort Worth Public School District. He worked in the heavy machinery and transportation industry for 21 years. He was an E-6 retired veteran of the Vietnam War and served in the Army and was awarded Army Achievement Medal, 1 Oak Leaf Cluster, Good conduct Medal, NCO Professional Development Ribbon Numeral 3, Army Service Ribbon, Overseas Service Ribbon, Driver and Mechanic Badge and Sharpshooter Badge. He loved living life without boundaries “Limitless” and by his own rules. He loved his Harley-Davison. He cared for all within the neighborhood, for he was known to everyone as “Mr. Al”. He was known to be the protector, a “Great Man”, father, brother and a true friend to all.
Alvory is preceded in death by his parents, stepmother Dorothy Williams, sister Jeanette Williams, brothers Gilbert Williams and additional family members.
Alvory is survived by 4 children Alvory Williams III and wife Sabine of Germany, Charlene Denae Williams, Jonathan and wife Monique of San Antonio, TX and Ashley Williams of Corpus Christi, TX. Surviving spouse Jacquelyn M. Williams. 3 Sisters: Elizabeth Williams, Christina Branson, Dorothy Lorraine Santucci (Anthony). 6 Brothers: David Williams, Eddie Williams, Randy Williams (Nancy), Albert Williams, Jerry D. Williams and Keavin. 4 Grandchildren: Adora Carolyn, Cassidy Joy Williams, Aria Marie Williams and Tyrell Siggy Williams. In addition to other children adopted into his life: Sidra, Messiah, Makayla, Caleb, D’Anthony and a host of family & friends.
