Life's Journey

Clarence Wright, affectionately known as "CDUB", was born in San Antonio, Texas on April 30, 1952 to Luther and Ola Mae Wright.

Shortly after Clarence graduated from Phillis Wheatley High School, he enlisted in the United Stated Army. He served his country from February 18, 1972 until June 12, 1974 when he was honorably discharged.

Clarence was married for a short period of time prior to his residency with the Sunshine Lodge Family. He resided at Sunshine Lodge from 1985 until March 13, 2013. On March 14,2013 he began his residency and new life with Nellie Watson and her family and remained with them until God called him home.

Clarence Wright was preceded in death by both parents, two brothers, Gregory Wright and Keith Wright; and baby sister, Brenda Wright.

He leaves to cherish his life and legacy, his domestic partner and caregiver, Nellie Watson of San Antonio, TX; her children, Anthony Watson, Joseph Ross, Edward (Wynetta) Watson, Angela Bennett, Eric (Veronica) Watson, Linda Blackwell, Bridgett Morgan, Laura Bacon, Harvey Bacon, Carolyn (Alex) Walker, and Carnell Walker (Tanya Rodriguez).
