Alysia Ann Hartfield was born September 30, 1977 in San Antonio, Texas. She attended Judson High School for her first three years, then senior year she transferred to Sam Houston High School, where she graduated in 1996. At an early age Alysia accepted Christ and united with Savannah Baptist Church in Marion, TX. Alysia's first job out of high school was at Walgreen's on Rigsby in San Antonio, TX in the cosmetics department. Her last employment was at Mitchell Bail Bonds in San Antonio, TX until she became ill.
She is preceded in death by her grandfather, Alvoid Hartfield Sr. (Grampy); aunt, Sharon (Uncle Toby) Hartfield; sister, Allison Marie-Pearl Hartfield & cousin, Randa (LaRhonda) Cubitt.
She is survived by her grandmother, Charles Etta Hartfield (Big Mama); father, Alvoid Hartfield Jr and mother, Aileen Hartfield. Brother, Alvoid Hartfield III, wife Shawnay Hartfield; sisters, Alexandra Hartfield & Aaleyah Hartfield. Children, Alexander Hartfield, Robert Hernandez & Armoni Hernandez. Plus a host of loving moms, aunts, uncles, cousins, family and close friends to cherish Alysia's memory. Birth mom Denise Jackson and brother Marcus Jackson.
At the young age of 39, Alysia began her battle with Stage 4 breast cancer the only way she knew how to fight adversity- strong-willed, determined and never complaining. She passed peacefully at the home of her grandparents, surrounded by family after a full day of life, laughter and music with friends and family.
