She was a member until death with The New Testament Spirit of Life Church under the leadership of Bishop Edward & Lady Gale Bell for over 28 years.
Sis. Alice lived with the Bell family after her hit and Run accident in February 20II. For many years until her health began failing her and later stayed at Legend Oaks West Rehabilitation and Nursing home. She then transferred to Las Colinas of Westover Hills Nursing Home where she received her wings to be with the Lord. Sis. Alice favorite was Liver CJ Onions from Lubys Cafeteria and she made sure every Sunday she had her liver and onions with Carrot Salad and corn.
Places of Services in the Church - She was instrumental in the church as an Assistant Pastor to Minister of the Gospel and always willing to help out with fundraisers. Sis Alice was a baker and loved baking seven-up cakes and making salads. She was a superlative Minister of the Gospel. She preached the Gospel daily to all of her and friends telling them "Better get Linded Out Cause Payday is coming After While." She was held in great esteem by her family, and church members. A gap has been left in the hearts of her church family and friends which no man can ever replace.
She leaves to cherish her fondest memories: a Brother, Mr. Eugene Williams, and a sister; Ms. Ella Crawford both of San Antonio, Texas. Also a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives, goddaughter Akevia Burns and good friends. Also leaving behind her second Bishop Edward & Lady Gale Bell & Family.
